Laser Hair Removal

The Laser is highly amplified light. Different types of lasers produce different colors of light. The color of light produced by a particular laser is the key to effect on hair follicles, disabling several follicles at a time to eliminate or significantly inhibiting the hairs' regrowth, sparing the skin.

Hair growth has 3 stages- active, passive and dormant. By, laser, only the hair in an active phase can be removed. Thus, it may need 5-6 settings to clear an area, though, the hair grows on the skin, the laser has no control over its growth. Its growth is controlled by male & female hormones in the body, so its necessary to have a balance between these hormones.

The laser sessions may last a few minutes to an hour, depending on the size of the area which is to be treated. Laser treatment may cause a slight tingling sensation. Immediate after effects, if any, may include redness & slight swelling, which will disappear in a short time. Normal activities can be returned to immediately.
